Our simple step process

Once you fill out our contact form or give us a call, our team will collect the necessary information and schedule a consultation with you. Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive consultation that addresses all your needs and sets the foundation for a successful collaboration.

Consultation

On-site consultation with one of our experts. Roughly 30 min to an hour to talk over the project and materials while getting feedback. Our Experts will take measurements of project and get elevations

Design Stages

Our Office will begin the design stages of the project, you will
receive a design within 1-2 weeks, you can get up to 3 revisions
and the design fee are:

150.00 for a 2D sketch
750.00 for a 2D scaled computer design
1200.00 for a 3D design back yard only
2300 for a 3D design for backyard and front yard.

Pricing our the job

Rich will price out the job, it will take 1 – 2 days once the design is approved. Rich will provide a transparent breakdown of costs and guide you through material options and color choices. With his expertise and attention to detail, Rich ensures that your project exceeds expectations.

Start Date

Once the start date is confirmed, we will send you the contract. Billing terms are as follows: a 60% deposit is required to secure your project’s spot before the start date, followed by a payment upon our team’s arrival, and the remaining upon project completion. Payment terms will be in the contract. Our streamlined billing process ensures transparency and convenience for our clients.

WHAT'S UNDER OUR PATIOS

Our professional installation of Unilock Pavers ensures a durable and visually appealing result. We excavate the area, add geotextile fabric under our entire base, compact 6 inches of base, apply a smooth bedding layer, and carefully lay the pavers. Edge restraints are installed to secure the pavers in place, and joint sand is added to enhance stability. With our expert techniques, your Unilock Pavers will transform your outdoor space into a beautiful and long-lasting area.

Project was completed in the time frame promised (despite the horrible storms), and it looks great!!  The contract was very detailed and there were no "surprises".
