On-site consultation with one of our experts. Roughly 30 min to an hour to talk over the project and materials while getting feedback. Our Experts will take measurements of project and get elevations
Design Stages
If wanting a design, our Office will begin the design stages of the project, you will receive a design within 1-2 weeks, you can get up to 2 revisions. Design fee depends on the size of the project. We have 6 tiered pricing available anywhere from $1,000.00 – $4,500.00. Contact us for more information.
Pricing our the job
Rich will price out the job, it will take 1 – 2 days once the design is approved. Rich will provide a transparent breakdown of costs and guide you through material options and color choices. With his expertise and attention to detail, Rich ensures that your project exceeds expectations.
Start Date
Once the start date is confirmed, we will send you the contract. Billing terms are as follows: a 60% deposit is required to secure your project’s spot before the start date, followed by a payment upon our team’s arrival, and the remaining upon project completion. Payment terms will be in the contract. Our streamlined billing process ensures transparency and convenience for our clients.

WHAT'S UNDER OUR PATIOS

We excavate the area about 10 inches, Compact the subsoil base, add geo-textile fabric under our entire base, compact 6 inches of clean quarry stone base, apply a one inch smooth bedding layer, and carefully lay the pavers. concrete edge restraints are installed to secure the pavers in place, and joint sand is added to enhance stability. With our expert techniques, your Pavers will transform your outdoor space into a beautiful and long-lasting area. for years to come. We also have maintenace and sealing options available upon completion.
