For us, it’s very stressful, we have to juggle a lot of things while keeping everyone happy. With over 300 clients and 20 employees, it’s tough to keep up but we have the right staff to keep things in line. It starts with the office staff then field management staff, if one thing is off, it can all fall out of line. We created systems for it to work. I love learning new things, talking with people everyday and helping them gets me excited. I love seeing the kids faces when their house is lit up! We feel we are a part of someone family tradition now.
