Getting started is easy! Simply fill out the form on our website or contact our office directly. Once you book your consultation with our office administrator, you’ll receive a short video introducing our company and giving you a clear idea of what to expect during your consultation. We believe in making the process smooth, transparent, and exciting from the very first step!

During your on-site consultation, one of our experienced team members will meet with you to walk through your project ideas, discuss your vision, and take all necessary measurements. Once complete, you’ll be presented with our exclusive Playbook — a guide that gives you an in-depth look at who we are, how we work, and what sets us apart. After the visit, you’ll also receive a personalized thank-you video via email, along with information about the next steps in the estimating process.

After your consultation, our team will begin preparing your estimate. Most estimates are completed within 1–2 business days. However, for larger or more complex projects, it may take a bit longer — but don’t worry! Our staff will keep you updated every step of the way with clear and consistent communication, so you’re never left wondering where things stand.

Once the start date is confirmed, we will send you the contract. Billing terms are as follows: a 60% deposit is required to secure your project’s spot before the start date, followed by a payment upon our team’s arrival, and the remaining upon project completion. Payment terms will be in the contract. Our streamlined billing process ensures transparency and convenience for our clients.
