Black Diamond Design Landscaping

Black Diamond Design Landscaping was created by two brothers Rich and Chris, dreaming of being their own bosses. From working together since the age of 16, to now having built a reputable business, delivering exceptional results to valued clients.

Chris

I oversee the office operations to ensure optimal productivity and adherence to established procedures. I manage the day-to-day activities, supporting the team in achieving their goals and maintaining efficient workflows.

Rich

My responsibilities encompass overseeing all field operations to ensure seamless management by field supervisors. I handle procurement by managing orders for various job sites and actively engage with clients to discuss and address their project requirements.

Joseph Gilday

Project manager / Fleet operations

I’m responsible for the efficient management of landscaping and hardscaping projects but also overseeing all fleet and equipment operations, ensuring safety to and from our job sites.

Justin Schnellbaecher

Field operations Manager

I’m responsible for the efficient and effective management of all job sites within the organization’s operational purview. I oversee the execution of tasks, ensuring projects are on time while maintaining high standards of work quality.

Annalisa Vazzana

CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

As our Chief Administrative Officer, Annalisa brings efficiency and strategic planning to our operations. She ensures that our team functions smoothly, providing top-notch service to our clients.

Annette Franchini, MPA

OPERATIONS CONSULTANT

Annette provides guidance in the areas of human resources, business transformation, ethics, training, and customer collaboration. Her many years of service in the public sector, coupled with membership on both State and not-for-profit Boards, helps ensure that Black Diamond maintains the highest standards of operational excellence.
